Terms of Service

Welcome to Wheelytics, a platform operated by Sensomedia SIA, registered at Brivibas gatve 232-49, Riga, Latvia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wheelytics platform (“Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess an active Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account to use Wheelytics. Our service is intended for use by individuals and organizations who are capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Wheelytics offers two subscription plans:

  • Mono Plan – For individual users with one connected IBKR account.
  • AWD Plan – For teams with multiple users and unlimited IBKR accounts.

All plans are paid, with a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wheelytics only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use the Service in any manner that may damage, disable, or impair the operation of Wheelytics.
  • Reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you engage in prohibited conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

The Wheelytics platform, including analytics, interface, and core functionality, is developed by Sensomedia SIA. The front-end is based on an MIT-licensed engine and customized for this project.

You may export and use the data generated by the Service for your own use, but you may not resell or replicate the platform’s functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wheelytics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sensomedia SIA makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.

The platform does not offer financial advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the analytics provided. We are not licensed financial advisors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sensomedia SIA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, legal proceedings may be initiated in accordance with Latvian law.
